New Form Requirements for Baltimore County
Baltimore County just changed the required documents for applying for or renewing rental licenses.
You still need a Rental Inspection Sheet completed by a licensed Home Inspector, which is what I provide.
Now you also need a New Tenant Form, which asks for information about the landlord and tenant, and requires signatures from both.
(The Carbon Monoxide Verification Form is no longer required)
